A report this week suggests that Microsoft is planning big changes again to its Windows development cycle that should please enterprises and consumers alike.

In this video, I talk about the possible changes Microsoft has yet to confirm for its Windows update schedule. In the video, I mistakenly say that Windows on ARM doesn’t have translation for Win32 apps. That is incorrect.
