Microsoft’s Xbox Elite Series 2 Core Controller is Getting Red and Blue Colors

Microsoft is making its Xbox Elite Series 2 Core Controller available in two new colors, red and blue. The Xbox Elite Series 2 Core controller is the slightly cheaper version of the original Elite Series 2 Controller that ships without any accessories such as interchangeable thumbsticks and the four back paddles.
Until now, this Xbox Elite Series 2 Core Controller was only available in white, but the new red and blue colors are available for pre-order starting today and will start shipping on April 11. They’re both priced at $139.99, which is $10 more than the white version.
Microsoft is still selling a separate Complete Component Pack for $59.99, which includes everything you get with the regular Xbox Series Elite 2 Controller (the original black one): That includes one interchangeable D-pad, 4 interchangeable thumbsticks, 4 back paddles, plus a carry case with its charge dock and USB-C cable.
All of Microsoft’s Xbox Elite Series 2 controller offer power user features such as adjustable-tension thumbsticks, shorter hair trigger locks, and exclusive button mapping options in the Xbox Accessories app. The Elite Series 2 controllers also come with a built-in battery that can last up to 40 hours on a single charge.
If you want even more color options, you can also create your customized Xbox Elite Series 2 controller on the Xbox Design Lab. Pricing starts at $149.99 and you can pay $10 more to add a laser-engraved message.
