Windows 11 Insider Build 22631.1835 Brings More Natural Narrator voices

Microsoft has just released the Windows 11 preview builds 22631.1835 and 22621.1835 on the Beta channel. The first one headed to the group of Beta channel receiving new features introduces new natural Narrator voices in Chinese and Spanish (Spain and Mexico).
“Natural Narrator voices use modern, on-device text to speech and once downloaded are supported without an internet connection,” the Windows Insider team explained. Currently, Windows 11 version 22H2 only supports three natural-sounding voices in English (two female, one male) to help users browse the web, read and write emails, and more
To test these new natural Narrator voices in Chinese and Spanish, Insiders need to open Narrator Settings and select the Add button under Narrator’s voices.
There is another new feature included in today’s build 22631.1835: In Settings > Network & Internet > Cellular, a new toggle lets users control whether to use a cellular connection when Wi-Fi connectivity is poor.
That’s it for today’s flights for the Beta channel, as the release notes don’t mention any changes for the build 22621.1835 headed to the second group of Insiders. If you missed the news yesterday, Microsoft has also started testing a redesigned File Explorer Home and a new Dynamic Lighting page in Settings for devices with RGB lights. The two new features are available in the Windows 11 build 23475 for Dev Channel testers.
